FULL-SERVICE PRODUCTION METAL FABRICATION
Staub Manufacturing Solutions has proven systems, trained staff, and the latest technology in place to ensure that your fabricated products are made correctly and completed on-schedule, every time.
Our production metal fabrication capabilities include:
We also provide additional services to our customers, so they can remain focused on the larger parts of their businesses while we handle the logistics.
Our cutting equipment features a brand-new high-speed production laser system consisting of two Mitsubishi 6KW Fiber lasers, material-handling automation, and a material storage tower.
The lasers utilize advanced controls technology, making them the fastest cutting machines, per kilowatt, in the industry and are perfectly suited for our three core materials: aluminum, carbon steel, and stainless steel. We can process 22 ga. (0.030”) up to 1⁄2” (0.500”) with a maximum sheet size of 60” x 120”.
Our material-handling automation provides time-saving machine loading and unloading using a vacuum-load system with thickness detection and sheet separator features.
The unloading conveyor is a great feature for parts that require special handling to protect critical surfaces.
Sheet metal parts are formed on our CNC press brakes, capable of bends up to 120” at 190 tons. The press brakes are equipped with independent, 6-axis programmable back gauges and Crowning and ACB (Automatically Controlled Bending) features to ensure precision and repeatability.
We have a vast library of standard bend tooling and can accommodate most special forming requirements through low-cost custom tooling.
Structural materials such as angle, channel, and tubing are cut using our horizontal CNC saw with a 10” bundler and automatic feed. Precision to +/- 1/32”.
Burr removal, edge rounding, and surface graining are achieved using our automated, multi-station finishing machine. 53” maximum part width.
We utilize MIG, TIG, and Resistance (Spot, Projection) welding processes to make aluminum, stainless and carbon steel weldments, as well as complex fabricated assemblies.
Our highly skilled welders use dedicated fixturing and follow detailed process plans to ensure your parts always have the weld integrity and appearance that you require.
Need certified welding processes? No problem. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Self-clinching fasteners such as nuts, studs, and standoffs are installed into sheet metal parts using our pneumatic insertion presses.
Working with trusted local partners, we provide a variety of common surface treatments and coatings including Anodizing, Chromate Conversion, Passivating, Zinc Plating, E-coating, and Powder-coating.
