The Staub Manufacturing Story

Frustrated by late deliveries and poor service from suppliers to their family business, brother and sister team, Steve Staub and Sandy Keplinger started Staub Manufacturing Solutions with a commitment to give manufacturers a “no-hassle” sourcing experience.

Steve and Sandy were determined to build a business that was better. One that treats customers the way they want to be treated, providing great service and reliable deliveries. They adopted the philosophy of “Always do the right thing” from their father, Ben Staub Sr, a long-time Dayton-area manufacturing business owner.

Today STAUB is the preferred fabrication supplier of many top OEM’s and is a nationally-recognized leader in the manufacturing industry.
